Day 1 Kettle bell training with fibro
I finished work tired yet pumped to get started with the training. I found a good program to follow, downloaded the app which looked really good, easy to follow and tracked my workouts, i set my workout time to 60 minutes with 10 mins of rest. I got in, got changed, got my water, got the kettle bells out and set to it with my partner who is doing the training with me, first exercise called slingshot involved standing up straight and passing the kettle bell from one hand to the other going around your body, didn't seem to bad, I can do this I thought, then onto the two handed swing, could feel this one a little more but still doesn't seem to bad, bob and weave was certainly one I could feel in my legs. After doing each of these and a few others for a minute at a time over and over again I could really feel and started to realize that an hour may be a little ambitious for the first day (I don't know what i was thinking, I'm not xena the princess warrior for Christ sak...
